Ron Piccari serves as a Broker in the firm. His track record in selling the horse farms, estate properties and luxury homes has earned him the honor of quickly becoming a multi-million dollar producer. Ron's clients praise him for his responsiveness, in-depth knowledge of the area and consistent follow-through.

A seasoned equestrian, Ron is a 10-year veteran on the open jumping circuit. He has won numerous awards at shows from Florida and the Carolinas to New York and Ohio. Ron is an active participant in local area equestrian activities including events hosted at FENCE and the Western Carolina Hunter Pace Series. He rides as a member of staff with Green Creek Hounds and is a Social member with the Tryon Hounds. Ron has participated in fox hunts from New York State to Central Florida and out into as well as in KY and Michigan. He is very passionate about the horses, hounds and mostly the foxes.

Following his interest in preserving the local area equestrian trail system, Ron has also served on the board of directors for the Foothills Equestrian Trail Association (FETA). He personally owns Turkey Run Farm, a 50-acre equestrian property in Tryon where he works with his competition horses and cares for several rescued greyhounds, a couple Jack Russell's, and an old Keeshond.

Ron's passion for adventure has opened up many avenues of exploration. Prior to his relocation to North Carolina, Ron owned and managed Bottom Time Adventures, a marine adventure travel business that specialized in expeditions from the coast of Florida to the Bahamas, Latin America and the Virgin Islands. Ron is a licensed 30 year sea captain and has numerous stories to tell about his adventures, and his clients that who enjoyed swimming with Humpback whales, wild spotted dolphins and sharks. His last command, The Bottom Time II, was a high tech, high-speed hundred foot Catamaran. Ron is also a licensed airplane pilot and has logged thousands of hours flying for business and pleasure.
